Passionate about helping people align vision with action\, she believes all humans are called to serve and created The Confident Company as a blueprint to help others feel equipped and confident in that calling. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach\, Dawn combines trauma-informed care with expertise in strategic planning\, governance\, and fundraising to offer values-driven\, behavior-focused support. Her unique approach helps individuals serve through their strengths and gifts while strengthening board and organizational impact.
