They are almost always hard and uncomfortable\, and many of the kindred spirits working in philanthropy would rather avoid them–but how about the relief that comes with tackling a difficult conversation professionally and deftly?! Now that’s worth the work. \nLet’s talk about those difficult conversations.  \nTopics: \n\nconflict of interest\nfiring\nnot meeting commitments\nboundaries\npink flags and red flags\ngossip\ncreating a toxic work environment\nthis is not an exhaustive list!
