Getting your donors and prospects to agree to a visit is the first “Yes” fundraisers hear in the process toward getting a gift. Unfortunately, it can also be the hardest “Yes” to get, sometimes even harder than getting the gift itself! From hearing “I just don’t have time…,” meeting gatekeeper after gatekeeper, a seeming lack of interest or just never hearing back, there is no shortage of ways donors and prospects say “No” to a visit.
