Zedrick Applin & Manuel Lloyd, nCino
Zedrick Applin is Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Community Involvement at nCino, having served as the inaugural person in this newly-created role. Zedrick has spent his entire 16-year career in the financial service industry, working for a number of different federal agencies, consulting firms, and top-tier banks. He is originally from Dallas, TX, and moved to Wilmington in February 2019.
Manuel Lloyd (He/Him/His) is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Specialist in nCino’s Human Resource office. He is a lifelong Wilmingtonian and a 2017 graduate of UNCW with a degree in Political Science. Prior to his current position, Manuel previously served for 4 years as the Cultural Enrichment Programs coordinator at the UNCW Upperman African American Cultural Center after graduation. He also serves on the StepUp Wilmington Board of Young Professionals, is serving his second term as the inaugural Chair of the New Hanover County Commission on African-American History, Heritage and Culture, and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, INC.
Bryce Dill, Corning, Operations Manager & Wilmington Charitable Contributions Chair
Bryce Dill is an Operations Manager at the Corning Plant, Wilmington where he manages day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on maximizing efficiency and reducing cost. He also holds the position of Wilmington Plant Contributions Committee Chairman and is responsible for defining the non-profit financial support and vision for the Wilmington facility. When not working, Bryce is playing with his three young children, running, or volunteering at his church. Bryce received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in 2008.
