The Manager of Philanthropy leads the strategy and execution of a comprehensive annual giving program, focusing on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors through multiple engagement channels. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong culture of philanthropy, working collaboratively within the Development Team, which manages communications, grants, and volunteer initiatives.
Time will be divided between working in the office, meeting with donors and business leaders in seven Southeastern NC counties and representing WARM NC at networking events. Fun, compassion-filled, welcoming workplace!
