Craig Wagner is co-founder of The Confident Company and a nonprofit executive recognized for his ability to transform organizations and strengthen board leadership. With nearly 20 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations, Craig has built a reputation for aligning vision with execution, guiding boards through change, and developing strategies that drive growth and sustainability. His leadership has spanned growth strategy, program development, and impact measurement, where he has consistently helped organizations expand their reach and deepen their impact. Craig is especially passionate about equipping board members to see themselves not only as fiduciaries, but as culture-shapers and ambassadors who carry the mission into their communities. Through The Confident Company, he brings a pragmatic, values-driven approach that helps boards move from intention to action. His work champions boards that serve with courage, lead with confidence, and build a stronger future for the communities they impact.
Dawn Rochelle, MSW, LCSW is co-founder of The Confident Company and a seasoned nonprofit executive and leadership consultant with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations, boards, and leaders. Passionate about helping people align vision with action, she believes all humans are called to serve and created The Confident Company as a blueprint to help others feel equipped and confident in that calling. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Dawn combines trauma-informed care with expertise in strategic planning, governance, and fundraising to offer values-driven, behavior-focused support. Her unique approach helps individuals serve through their strengths and gifts while strengthening board and organizational impact. Through The Confident Company, she equips leaders to serve boldly and govern wisely, helping organizations not just to survive, but to thrive.
